Caitlyn Jennings is a mental health advocate with experience in public speaking, board leadership, youth engagement, and youth & young adult programming. Her work focuses on expanding access to mental health resources and ensuring that people know where to go when they are struggling with a mental health condition.
Caitlyn has a wide variety of leadership and advocacy experience. In March of 2026, she was selected to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors of NAMI Montgomery County Maryland, where her advocacy journey began. In February of 2026, Caitlyn joined a working group with NAMI Maryland, where she provides technical directors of the Prosper app with feedback regarding its mental health features. Caitlyn also holds certifications to facilitate NAMI Peer to Peer and NAMI in the Lobby programming.
